Shipment Policy
Normally the order will be shipped out within 2 working days, if there is a national holiday such as Chinese New Year, the order lead time will be longer which can be communicated one by one.
Free shipping to these countries (excluding remote areas) for the purchase order exceeding US$130 amount
United States, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Czech Republic, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Austria, Denmark, Brazil, Australia, Israel, China Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand.

Returns and exchanges for non-quality problems
If you receive a product and want to return or exchange it for a non-quality problem, please send an e-mail to service@ukeebs.com with in 7 days after the arrival of the product with the order number you purchased and the reason why you want to return or exchange the product, and we will discuss the solution with you.

Returns and Exchanges for Quality Problems
If you receive a product due to quality problems returns, please provide the product image with your purchase order number and the problem you encountered within 7 days after the arrival of the product by sending an e-mail to service@ukeebs.com.we will replace a new product for you. (Or we can discuss other solutions)

Receiving the wrong product
If you find that you have received a product that is not what you ordered, please provide us with an image of the product and the order number you purchased.Please contact us within 7 days after the order has been delivered to you by e-mail to service@ukeebs.com.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you can send us an email (with your order number) before your order has been shipped and we will issue you a refund.
If you wish to cancel your order while it is already on its way to your country or you have already received the goods, you may need to send the products back to us at your own expense (note that we will deduct the cost of shipping the products we sent when refunding you).

Refunds
If you contact us to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, the refund will be made within 2 business days or so.
If you wish to make a refund after your order has been dispatched, we will refund you within 3 working days of the goods being returned to us.

Refusal to accept goods on arrival or failure to contact
If you refuse to accept the goods from the courier or the recipient cannot be contacted successfully when the goods arrive at your city or country, which results in the goods being destroyed or returned.     The order neither be allowed to be cancelled nor be refunded, and all costs incurred during this period will be borne by you.

Customs clearance in the destination country
Each country's customs clearance policy and the information required are different, the customs release and expense that happened in the destination country should be taken care of by you,  maybe you will be requested to provide some information to clear customs to release the shipment import;     if you are failure to provide information to customs, which results in goods being destroyed or returned, the order neither be allowed to be cancelled nor be refunded, and all costs incurred during this period will be borne by you.

Postal services in different regions
United Kingdom: Postal service is available throughout the United Kingdom (i.e. within the UK and its affiliated islands), while overseas territories and offshore islands of the UK (such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey and Jersey etc) are not available for postal service.
United States: Postal service is available in the United States. But excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam etc and APO/FPO military address.
South Africa: Postal service is available for South Africa. But excluding South Africa's affiliated islands and addresses which include keywords such as box, posbus, plot, plaas, farm, plaas, private bag, and private sak.
Japan: Postal service is available for Japan. But excluding APO/FPO military addresses.

For the order from Europe countries, please provide the IOSS tax code for customs clearance. You can remark the IOSS tax code in your online order. We just use it for customs clearance but do not disclose it to other parties.

For the order from Korea, please provide your personal customs code or ID# as requested by the Korean customs clearance. You can remark your personal customs code or ID# in your online order. We just use it for customs clearance but do not disclose it to other parties.

For buyers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao, please put the Chinese address. If you have a Chinese name, it is better to put a Chinese name in your online order too.
